El Intenso Leon

El Intenso Leon is the sire of the National winner producing broodmare, Leonna. He has a superb pedigree representing the highly successful Spanish/Crabbet nick. He is a full brother to 1989 Scottsdale Top Ten Hunter, Syringa Najah and a full blood brother to 1982 Region 4 Top Five Mare and champion producer, Star of Seville (also granddam of U.S. and Canadian National Champion Gelding and Gelding AOTH, Laamaj).

El Intenso Leon is by the imported Spanish Stallion *Barich de Washoe, sire of 17 National winners, including Canadian National Champion Mare, SB La Ina. 21 *Barich de Washoe get have produced National winners through 1996.

El Intenso Leon is out of S. Seyyida, dam of Scottsdale winner Syringa Najah and of halter reserve champion Syringa Angelique. She is a full sister to Syringa Rafeeki (dam of two champions), to English Pleasure and show hack Champion Syringa Silneyn, and to 1976 Region 5 Reserve Champion Stallion and Top-Five Western Pleasure Syringa's Silver++ (a sire of champions).

S. Seyyida is by Endlish Pleasure Champion *Silver Drift, who was bred at England's Crabbet Stud. Half of his 18 National winners are national Champions, including Canadian National Champion Mare, Jewel Drift and U.S. National Champion Gelding and Western Pleasure Silfaun+++. S.
